EVERSE Webinar – Enhancing Research Software FAIRness through the OpenAIRE Graph

This presentation explores how the OpenAIRE (‪@openaire_eu‬) Graph (https://graph.openaire.eu/) supports the implementation of FAIR principles in research software. As an open source Scholarly Knowledge Graph aggregating metadata from over 150k trusted sources the Graph contains over 300 million interconnected records with 2 billion links, including a rapidly-growing list of more than 800k software products. We will examine how the OpenAIRE Graph operationalizes FAIRness, exploring both the challenges and opportunities in managing software research outputs, with the goal of helping researchers and Research Software Engineers enhance the visibility, recognition, and impact of their software within the scientific ecosystem
